As a General Contractor we manage all aspects of a project. We assign a project manager from our corporate office to coordinate all materials, schedules and subcontracted trades (if needed). A typical project includes demolition, framing, interior finishes (paint, wall covering, flooring), plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sprinkler, glazing and finish carpentry. We submit bid proposals estimating the cost of construction and duration of the project. We secure building permits, have our team ready for the project and manage the construction to meet the project completion guaranty.
